I had a bad experience with Russell Lambing. I went in with a group of townhouse neighbors to have vinyl deck privacy fences installed. Fences were installed in June 2013 & they fell apart in the wind in January 2014. This contractor would not commit to a date to come back & fix them. Ignored most of my emails that I sent which included pictures of the broken fences while they continued to fall apart. One of the fence posts cracked at the top where the lattice is inserted. Contractor finally came back to put the fence pieces together on April 11, 2014, while I was at work. Never contacted me - he only contacted my townhouse neighbor. He was obviously mad at me for complaining. Even though I requested a new fence post, he spitefully left the cracked post in place. Now the deck fence is put back together with a gaping hole in the post. He left behind vinyl fence cement. Perhaps that is how he temporarily managed to attach the top of the lattice to the cracked post? Just warning others - this contractor is not professional - sloppy work & does not communicate with customers.
