Essentially, I paid $3000.00 to only have my deck leak more than before the work was done.
Russett Decks is worst company I've ever dealt with. I hired Tom to put up a waterproof ceiling on the bottom of deck to protect the patio beneath. He "completed" the work in February and my deck has been leaking like a sieve ever since. After many phone calls over many weeks, I finally got him to come out and "fix" it in June, and the next rain proved that his "fix" was a complete failure, with my patio flooded with water. I have to keep a kiddie pool and a large plastic tote on my patio to catch all the water that cascades from my "waterproof ceiling." To date he has not repaired the leaks or given me any indication when, or if, he will do so. Just terrible work and even worse customer service.
