Buyers Beware!!! Bait & Switch Builder. Will sign a contract for one price but continue to drastically raise the price due to "increased costs" without documentation or substantive claims. Nice guy, other builds seem to have good work, but business-wise very unprofessional and used car salesmanlike. The contract you sign protects him, not you. Would not recommend working with him, ever.
