Ordered a very nice wood burner, took months to get it in stock. They said it was due to covid and manufacturer just takes that long. Who knows if that was actually true. When they were installing it they discovered a problem with the chimney and they were to come back to fix it for us. Our original quote included some minor chimney repairs, but they discovered it was more of a problem then what we expected. The installer ranted and raved at how great their mason was, too bad we will never know I guess. We got lots of run around and said we are too busy, then someone else said we can do it in August. Then they said Jim will call you to come out and look at it to get you on the schedule. Well its been two weeks Jim hasnt called, my email was not returned. I since then recieved a card in the mail saying keep us in mind for future work you need done etc. Very ironic, since they dont seem to want to help paying customers. We paid them $8000 for our fireplace and install and they dont even have the decency to finish the job. Horrible customer service, the two stars are only because I like the actual wood burner they sold us.
