In a word, PHENOMINAL. After doing some shopping we found Presidential through one of our neighbors. We worked with James MacDougal out of the Peoria store. His number is 602-525-0399. When we first contacted James, he came out to our home and did something none of the other pool dealers did. That was he did not try to sell me on the first visit. He asked what our vision was and then said he would present us a version o what we were seeking. This was very impressive to my wife and I especially I am a professional sales person and rarely tried to sell someone immediately.
It took a couple more visits. Never did we feel pressure to buy. He actually went over the costs on the second and third visit. By then we knew what we wanted and were satisfied with the price.
We have enjoyed our pool from March of 2015 until November of 2016. We thought we noticed discoloration in our pebble tec. We decided the best way was to get it completely washed. We used the Presidential program. The technician , who came out, could not understand what was happening. He called the support supervisor who came to our house. It took the second visit to determine that something was wrong. They did a sample o what was installed and found it was not up the Presidential standards. They arranged to have the entire inside of my pool ripped out and they started , from scratch, to make it right. We estimated that it must have been a $10,000 job. We did not have to pay one red dime.
I believe Presidential is the number 1 pool builder in Arizona and #2 in the country. I have referred James to three additional neighbors. Two had their pools competed by him and one decided not to d any pool.
