Beware of Rustic & Refined Renovations. Peter and Bruce are dishonest and unprofessional. They are terrible project managers, are unable to manage a team or budget, and produce low quality and often negligent work. We used them for a large home renovation and not only ended up significantly over budget, but spending thousands of additional dollars fixing their work, including having to replace two showers and restructuring windows that had significant leaking. Do not trust this company.

DO NOT HIRE Rustic & Refined!! Hire any contractor other than these guys Bruce and Peter Harbes. They will rob you blind and leave you with poor work not done up to code. They'll nickel and dime you every step of the way, demand money before it is due and argue with you over every single thing there could be. We were told our job would be complete in 1 month and 9 months later we had to kick them off the job. They even subbed out the kitchen cabinet install because they're not capable. If you hire them, you'll be very sorry. We are currently suing for damages. Will update soon.
