So far not having a great experience. still working on giving this guya chance. - but after the numerous times the last couple months to even get him payment to start has been abnormal for a reputable business. I had a weird feeling from the beginning as his workers- in the owner (wil delanoy) who stated this to me verbally and on a text) are unreliable .-Went forward as this worker is our neighbor. I was not liking his hovering around . they did not come right out and solicit us, I did ask for estimates once the two of them said they had their own company. wanting to help out a new small business and neighbor . I researched rustic visions and seemed legit. However, the sporadic responses by wil and no shows by jaime his worker , we were suspicious before we even put a deposit. Because of this, despite asking for check we were wary paid by zelle so he had no financial info other than my phone number. This was 2 days prior to the promised start date ( in text) of October 13. Shocking (sarcasm)- no one showed up and now no response to texts and VM not set up. note the number of the business is different than the cell, but he did say he just bought new house. ( listed as new ringold- he is in jonas ).Number on website leads to a guy who says wrong number, not identified as a business.Town of business not same as where he says he is but still cautiously optimistic he worked out. well. now I am working with zelle-wells fargo on how to get money back. not expecting to. rustic visions either have a good scam going on or something personal that affects this business .either way. even if he shows up from what is written above seems not reliable anyway.will try to get refund. This is the first time we used a non national company . glad we were cautious and not really blindsided. was trying to be neighborly and support a small business! not worth potentially saving money when this is what happens.
