Our worst nightmares came true with Dave Patterson (The Rusty Nailer) in regards to the addition/remodel of our home. Dave Patterson was paid in full for our project and the work was never finished by him. There were over 80 pages of difficiencies found by our inspector and architect. The scope of work that was semi-completed, done wrong or just not done at all. Our bathrooms have been biggest expense since he walked off the job. We have had to gut all four of our bathrooms so that they could be redone correctly. We were shocked by the number of code violations we have had to fix. The cost to fix all of the problems that Dave Patterson left us with is around $50,000 and counting. We have been unable to get our occupancy permit. I believe people should know that this is what you could experience if/when you work with Dave Patterson (The Rusty Nailer) on a renovation/addition.
