Not only is Rusu Remodeling unreliable but they do not follow through on their jobs. They were the contractors for the house we just purchased. The poor workmanship and unprofessional interactions are very discouraging.
Here’s only one example: After multiple attempts to reach her, Lori Rusu finally said to me, “Let’s see how we can make things right” (talking about the sliding glass door they installed BACKWARDS — yes, we confirmed with the manufacturer, it’s actually backwards), yet now she won’t answer any of my calls or text messages. I’ve reached out to Dan, her partner, and he responded once (only acknowledging it was him) and that’s it. Phone calls and text messages are sent multiple times a day and neither owner has responded regarding our concerns. Why would you say that and then not follow through? That’s a rhetorical question.
If you’re looking for a company whose employees are dependable, hard-working, genuine and honest, I suggest you look elsewhere. Rusu Remodeling has only given us the run-around and a headache. This shady, awful company is frustrating to deal with to say the least. Spare yourselves!
