Experience was not good. House was currently being built, we went under contract, and he tried to sell the house out from under us after we had already put money into upgrades. Installed a 10 year old USED HVAC system with R22 refrigerant that is no longer even manufactured and costs upwards of $1000 for refrigerant charge.
