My wife and I have been looking for sprinkler repair services and started with the larger company’s first, or the ones with the most reviews (reading most of them). One of my sprinkler lines had very little pressure. One of the larger company’s did come out to diagnose the problem and was completely incorrect with their assessment and the problem was not corrected. Other contractors would set appointments with us but either did not show-up or did not return my calls. I was referred to RW Landscaping from one of my neighbors and decided to give them a try. I spoke directly with Rick, he was very professional and prompt in returning my call the same day. He also was able to set up an appointment for the very next day and we were more than thrilled! Rick was very methodical in diagnosing the problem and great at breaking down the problem so that we fully understood his strategy and why. He traced and replaced parts in an unusual source which the other larger company's did not consider or want to bother with. He did not assume the usual problems and change fixtures unnecessarily which lead to reducing the cost of our repair. My expectations were exceeded as the water pressure in the sprinkler line was repaired and all of my other sprinkler lines now have increased water pressure. Rick showed us pictures of some of his recent landscaping work and we were both very impressed with the quality. We will be keeping RW Landscaping in our contacts for any future projects that come up! Highly recommended!

This company is horrible. Paid them up front cost over a year ago. All he has done is dig up front yard. Now I have rock in front of my garage and can not park in and a mud pit in the front yard. He avoids calls and does not keep in contact. He will rip you off!!

I had Rick repair issues with the pond in my backyard which had not been installed correctly. He was able to repair the issues and now it is working/looking great. He was prompt, courteous, kept me informed and I am very pleased with the work he did.
