The product they show you and the product the deliver is different. The samples provided were a lot smoother and well done, the product delivered was patchy in a lot of spots and cheaped out on the clear coating so it was super rough. We kept asking him to take a look at it and also add the silicone spots he promised. we even told him we would have more jobs for him if he fixed it. we just kept getting the next week for a month and then stopped replying. If they aren't willing to do it right the first time and fix it when it could lead to more jobs I doubt they will honor their "warranty". only decided to do this review because I saw they had screwed a few other people.

Such a disappointment!
Here is their own words after requesting a refund that they promised and apologized over and over for doing a "shitty job" (their own words)
"Kim at this point I feel like no matter what we would have done even if the floor would have looked absolutely flawless you'd still be asking for a refund. We have gone above and beyond to make you happy. We came back the day after you told us there was an issue and two days later we were redoing your entire floor. We moved your stuff in your garage 3 different times. We pushed off and lost other jobs because we were dedicated to making sure we made things right. This last time we came I was planning on putting on a final top coat and didn't because you were insistent on not being out of your garage again.
I told you that l would give you a full refund if the product turned out the way it did the first time. And it clearly has not. We will not be issuing any refund at this point as we have paid for your floor to be done plus lost other business in the mean time because we were making sure we fixed our mistake. We will however gladly return the furniture.
As far as your "broken" shelf goes it's a very simple fix. You can put the piece right back where it goes. It's not broken. Those shelves fall apart very easily when they are moved.
I have itemized our expenses below and as you can see we have lost over double what we made from doing your garage.
Moving forward if you feel the need to slander or bad mouth our company online or elsewhere that's your choice but know that I will be contacting my legal team to send a cease and desist notice. As we have done everything we possibly can to fix your floor within reason.
Yes we are licensed, insured and bonded. I know my rights as a contractor and I have done my part. Moving forward if you would like to contact me please do so through email [email protected]. I will no longer be harassed by text or phone calls.
Do whatever you need to do. But know this is my livelihood and I am a small business owner that's doing his absolute best to make a living. If you feel the need to tear me and my company down that's your choice. Thank you and have a good day."
