  My experience was very good they work very clean and professional I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs Rehabilitation.

  Bathroom remodel

  Ryan & Mac Construction does not do quality work and very unprofessional.
  I hired Ryan & Mac Construction to gut and renovate a small full bathroom. Within months there was a CV leak from the bathroom into my kitchen. I contacted Ryan a few months later to tell him the issue that I had with the leak from the bathroom; he came and looked at the issue and he told me he would follow up in a couple weeks as he was finishing a job....I called and texted Ryan & Mac Construction in addition to Ryan’s personal number and he responded that he was working on another project and needed time...I followed every every few weeks for an update for over 6 months with no update. I called another contractor who came in to fix the issue. The first question they asked was, “who did this job? The quality is extremely poor which led to your leak.” I called and text Ryan again and have yet to receive a response...this was 4months ago. HOMEOWNERS BE VERY AWARE;THIS LICENSED CONTRACTOR WILL NOT GIVE YOU QUALITY WORK AND DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

  My Ryan Hiwat is nothing but a liar. He had a personal claim which was bogus and frivolous and won $500 against my family in court because he knew the entire staff. He didn't deserve it and I didn't pay. Because of this, Ryan Hiwat, used his company and contacts to file a "CONSTRUCTION LIEN" against my real estate property even though he never worked on my property before. I consulted a lawyer and I was told he had no reason to file any lien. Only contractors can file a construction lien not individuals. Hence, he took his personal issue and made it out to be a business issue.

  What kind of contractor are you, Mr Ryan Hiwat. People should be aware of the kind of behavior you put forth and not do business with you!
