Pat did a lot of work in our condo about 10 years ago (which still looks awesome), Then rehabbed both bathrooms 3 years ago, but we recently hired him to do more renovations. We forgot how creative and imaginative Pat is …… not only with design, but utilizing the best of the space you have. I recommend him highly. Thanks Pat!

We have worked with Pat and Ryan Construction on two home remodels and several smaller projects. We return to them again and again because Pat is exceptional. He has the experience and the creativity needed to rework anything, from a large house to a small room, and the skills to make it all perfect. He's budget-savvy but in the end, even with a small spend, everything looks top notch. We trust Pat to create the right environment for us, and know his work will always be beautiful to the very last detail.

He communicated with us every step of the way from start to finish and stayed right on budget. He was able to optimize the functionality of a limited space while implementing his creative custom design to make it look so professionally finished and high end. His design ideas are brilliant and he is incredibly diligent and meticulous to the smallest level of detail. We highly recommend him!!!
