Ryan did an excellent job on the first bathroom project with one exception, he covered the ac floor vent with the tile so there is no longer ac in that room. The master bath did not work out that well. It started out as a curbless shower but it didn’t drain properly and the whole bath floor flooded which then caused the tiles to loosen. This all happened very quickly after it was finished so he redid the shower floor to be a conventional shower, only the tiles were not installed at the proper angle so all of the water pools in the middle. It’s been almost a year since he told me he would take care of it and I never heard from him again.
