    Attic remodel
    $30,000

BEWARE! This man is the biggest con artist there is. Like everyone else he gave me a good estimate, got to the end of the job and handed us a hand written list of "extras" totaling over 5000 before our job was finished and after we paid him $14,000 dollars. Mind you we had to find our own electrician which was included in the original estimate. Last week our ceiling started leaking due to faulty installation of the toilet vent pipe. We now have an unfinished project, a homeowners claim and court next month. Long story short Do not trust this man!! He is an awful "contractor" and an untrustworthy human being.

    Tile shower installation
    $3,750

Ryan tried to install a tiled shower at my home. It would not drain and he didn't respond to my repeated requests to fix it. I had another tile company come in and it was discovered that . The floor wasn't pitched so the cause of non draining was evident. The new contractor found the installation was incorrect. The floor pan had been pierced with nails and screws, there was no base cement beyond a thin layer, there were two trys to measure for the pan, he cut a floor joist in order to jury rigg the drain, he exposed the curb to water by placing it on the wrong side of the pan. In my opinion he has no business doing tile work. His estimate was exceeded by his invoices. Be aware of this contractor.

    14 days

Ryan just finished a whole remodel for my basement and I have to say it was the best choice I have ever made.Him and his workers did an awesome job and I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to do the job. I highly recommend to use Ryan as your contractor if your looking for loyalty and good hard work.

He is the most dishonest guy I met in my whole life.. I will give him no star at all if it's possible. I had him do the estimate for my basement at the beginning of this year. He gave me an estimate of $14100. While he was working in the basement, I had him do some extra work that wasn't a part of the estimate so I told him I will give u $2000 extra for that job and he agreed. So my total came to $16100. But he for some reason came up with $20000 to finish the job. And it was very frustrating. So after a long argument for few days, he gave me a price of 18100. By now I just want to get the job done and get out of my house. It's been two and half months and he still hasn't started the work even though I have paid him 13900 dollars already. And now he is saying that I have to pay the plumber and electrician out of my pocket even though it was included in the 14100 from the beginning. And since I paid him so much money in advance I am stuck with him. I am a business owner and I don't have time to go through court and fight against him. But the least I can do is prevent the other people from him. He shouldn't be in this business and should not have the license for it. Please please please don't ever hire this guy to do any work for you. It will save you time, money, and frustration.

I thought Ryan would be a good contractor but I have been waiting for over 2 months for him to fix my bathroom floor which is covered with glue. The first time the floor was put down, it came up because the toilet was leaking - they didn't seal it correctly. That was the beginning of January. Since then, Ryan hasn't come back to fix it. Water could be again leaking under there which could cause mold again.
