T&D Pool and Spa Construction was a great contractor. They started work one day and workers on site every work day until complete. Worked some weekend days also. Project Manager always responded to telephone inquiries. Overall construction was top notch. No corners cut. We could not have been happier with the whole process.

PLEASE PLEASE read until the END. This company deserves 0 stars.
This company was hired by my mobile home company to do our AC. I called the day our AC was ordered to find out what their schedules were like bc I know schedules are crazy right now. I was told most likely 3 weeks... I called a week and a half later to see if we were on schedule and told 3 weeks from that day. 3 weeks came and I called the day before to make sure everything was still on schedule and was told yes.
Wednesday, June 13th was my service date, they never came nor called to say they were not coming. I called to ask why no one came and was told they got stuck on a job (I do understand getting stuck on a job, I do not understand NOT calling someone to tell them that). They told me my job was getting done first thing in the morning. I told the lady who answers their phone that I was scheduling inspection to please contact me at the end of the job. Never heard from them and surprise surprise they did not do the job.
At this time, we had a driveway partially formed up but did not complete it due to the fact that we knew they were coming. We also pulled out part of our fence to make sure they had plenty of room to pull in our yard.
Friday, June 15, my AC failed inspection because it was NOT their. I did not even know that they didn't do the job until I got the inspection back. No phone call, no communication. I called after hours and left a voice mail about this. Monday morning, no calls. I even waited to call them to see if they would contact me... nope. I called about 10:30 and the person at the desk had no idea what was going on, said he'd call back. They NEVER call back. I called again twice that afternoon and never got an answer. I left a very aggravated voice mail after getting no responses.
Later someone called and said they'd be out first thing in the morning... Then the GM called (no apology, just excuses) and said they came Thursday, June 14th and could not pull in our yard due to the partially formed driveway. I explained about opening the fence and he (who hasn't even seen the job) stated they didn't have room to pull a truck in and I called his bluff because we pull a truck and a jeep in that opening as we are also not using our driveway *insert eye roll here*. We have also pulled a trailer into this spot but I'm so over arguing with these people. He stated he would contact the crew and call me back. Guess what? He NEVER called back. I also informed him that if the driveway was an issue that someone should have called me last week and explained to me why they couldn't do the job and that they didn't do the job.
The next day, which I was never informed that they were coming, yet again, they didn't show. I called and was told the GM would be in and return my call in about 20 minutes. Waited around 2 hours before I called back to ask to speak to him since he didn't call. I get no answer, wait another hour, no answer, so I left a voicemail. Finally in a few hours I get a call back, they refuse to come do the job unless they can access my driveway. I am to call them when concrete is dry and they'll come out, my hopes aren't high at this point.
It is unbelievable to me that a company does not communicate with you (they actually quit answering my calls too) and just is rude. The GM is rude. He never offered an apology, just blamed me, and doesn't communicate any better than the rest of this sad company.
If you are even considering hiring this company, run. Hire someone else. You can see from other reviews that they don't show and don't call.
