Buyer Beware! Ryan Hopson’s company built a fence for my neighbor last winter. In the process, my irrigation system was damaged: water pipe broken and electrical cable damaged. Mr. Hopson’s employees assured me that this would be fixed. When I contacted Mr. Hopson, he said that he did not have to fix the damage because, even though it was on my side of the fence, it was a few inches over the property line. Then he said that even though he didn’t have to fix it, it was the right thing to do and that he would be out in the next week. After that, he quit returning my calls and never fixed the damage. He defined what was the right thing to do in his own words, and then failed to do it.
