Contractor failed to finish work on my home. His work was sloppy and messy. He showed up late for the job daily and his service truck leaked oil all over the blacktop. He left his personal garbage debris in my recycling only can and never returned to complete the job, yet he submitted the invoice for full payment. He refuses to cooperate with me and he has failed to return phone calls. He does work in Easton and Bethlehem areas of PA.

He left his personal garbage debris in my recycling only can and never returned to complete the job, yet he submitted the invoice for full payment. He refuses to cooperate with me and he has failed to return phone calls.

This business hired an employee that stole over $700 from a family with five children. The theft victim was their ten year old son and a special needs child. Kresh refuses to make restitution even though the theft items were tracked directly to the home of the now terminated employee. Kresh claims he has no insurance coverage for this and according to state records his insurance expired 11-28-12. He made an oral contract to make restitution and he has now changed his mind. A ten year old is the victim as a result of Kresh and his failure to adequate check the criminal background of his staff. Kresh himself was jailed for assault with a deadly weapon and bail was $50,000! And according to Bethlehem City officials he is NOT PROPERLY licensed to operate his business in the area. Buyer beware. Kresh operates an illegal business operation and he does sub par work.
