Sadly I agree with other reviewer - untrustworthy contractor. Hired Ryan to do work for me in 2013. A job that I was told by him would take 2 weeks stretched over a year and was never finished. Paid him upfront (lesson learned). Job never finished and money never returned. Had to hire another contractor to complete. Filed a civil complaint against him.
