Our experience was terrible. This guy was always late, never showed up most days and was super messy. We had some of his work redone by another contractor at great expense. After looking into Him further, turns out his contractors license is suspended. Use another contractor !

This guy is HORRIBLE! His work is sub par and sloppy. He's always late and never cleans up. We would NEVER recommend him.

Ryan did prior work years ago and did excellent work. Now, I would not recommend Ryan for any work. He has NO license, it has been revoked. Workman’s Comp on his employees? I doubt it. Does not know zoning laws, built an overhang too close to the fence. County made us tear it down. Lost thousands of dollars. Then he had the gall to ask us to PAY him to tear it down and it was his fault! Crew lied that he had a license when asked. Had us make out checks in two of his workers names only. Excuse was it was easier for them to cash. Dishonest person, will not let him back on the property. Overpaid him on bid by $2300.00, he will not return the money and refuses to answer calls or texts. We are now spending thousands more to correct his work. BEWARE
