He is the worst contractor on the planet he’s been renovating two properties for me and it’s taking him almost 2 years and he’s still not finished he’s basically a con artist don’t fool with him

He is the most awful contractor. He makes a plan to come to your house to do repairs and does not show up most of the time. He did a face lift on our deck and the floor board are uneven. It was not secured well. My husband and I told him many times and he said he would fix it. He would show up at noon and leave at 4. When it came time for the railings it was too low and all uneven. We had to hire someone else to fix the damage that he had done. The steps on the deck he made it more narrow than what the layout of what it was before. He would not give me receipts of the supplies I purchased and then he would leave the job for the day without telling us. We had no idea when he would come the next time. He also took the supplies we had paid for. He is was also supposed to finish fixing our garage door that never happened. He is unprofessional and unreliable. I would never hire him again even if he was the last contractor on earth. That is how badly he did the job. The project started in June and we had to have someone else finish it in November.

He is a crook and will be dealt with accordingly. Will not finish the project in a timely manner and always needs money to do anything even after you paid him. The work is not shotty and not professional and always unfinished before he tries to move to the phase. I would not reccomend him to change a light bulb. My project was supposed to a few week at most and we headed into 8 months now. Needless to say im frustrated and furious. Never ever again!!!!
