He was hired by Servpro of Derry to rebuild my home. It was to take 2 to 3 months. They had to replace the roof and interior. They removed sections of roof but failed to secure tarps. Extensive water damage on interior. They installed rafters, sheeting and roofing. They resided the gables and installed Sheetrock. Engineer determined roof, gables and Sheetrock defective. Roof replaced again. Entirely stripped, rafters realigned, plywood had been installed wrong. That was redone and roofing had been nailed on the surface. All shingles replaced. Gables siding were nailed tight and are about to be stripped off and redone. Sheetrock compound took 20hours of power sanding to get it workable. They also damaged the deck while removing roofing. It is going to be in excess of $30,000.00 to repair the roof, gables and Sheetrock. I can’t afford to repair the deck at this time. There were many other items damaged by them. Windows, flooring, refrigerator, dish washer front panel, knewels, stairs etc. They started in June/July time frame and I had to terminate them in October. Also because of the continual stress of them not showing and when they did there were all kinds if issues. This caused me to have a heart attack August 13,2017
