    Roof repair
    $1,800

    Came to repair a leak and didn't fix it. Requested 4 times for them to come out and repair damages with no answer. Their address leads you to a convenient store and they screen your unwanted calls with an answering service

    Unfortunately, did not have good experience with Peter Ryan & Sons Roofing in 2020. Had a better experience in 2015 with a roof replacement in Boston area.
    My impression is they are hit or miss at best. If the job is on a smaller scale, they will ignore you, not show up, lie, and just take your money and run. They did not know I have 4 homes that I manage and control. Do you think I will consider them in the future?

    I don't know what her particular issue was but I'm assuming it was something out of the ordinary because Peter has done a couple of roofs for me over the years and from the very reasonable pricing to the professional job done fron start to finish in one day, I wouldn't think of calling anybody else.. Lasly, in regards to the prevoous customer, it's unfortunate she had an issue that required extra attention but you mentioned and I'm not surprised that Peter himself came out as many times as needed to resolve it.

    they did my roof for $7500 and i had a leak in the same spot that required (THE OWNER PETER and one of his assistants) to come out 3 times to fix it.
