Ryan the saw guy started a bathroom remodel for me over a yr ago and it's still NOT completed. Poor quality, workmanship and ethics. Would NOT recommend this contractor to anyone.

    Bathroom floor

Ryan is knowledgeable and conscientious regarding his work. He takes the time to get it right.
The ceramic floor he completed for us is gorgeous!

Tiles not level. Worst grout and caulk job I have ever seen. He attached baseboards with caulk and repaired drywall using grout. Left gaps in edge piece. Applied grout to floor and then walked all over the floor to finish tub area. Grout popped out all over floor. Left scratches all over tub from setting tools inside. Installed tub drain incorrectly and did not install tub faucet at all. Our bathroom is worse than before this job was done.

We apologize for any inconvenience this project may have caused. We were hired to replace the existing floor tile, tub and tub surround and asked us to use the existing faucet and hardware which should have been replaced with new. We hired a subcontractor who has several years of experience but did a less than perfect job with this project. Although we were asked not to return without any opportunity to fix anything, the only way we felt that we could make this right was to offer a refund for the sub par work and they accepted. This was not a buildzoom customer.
