A total nightmare! I have never seen such disrespect for people and their property. Ryka was contracted to do major repairs in my home and left it worst than when they started. The work started off well but then after not doing any work for weeks they sent some inexperience, incompetent people off the street which I think they must have gotten from prison gangs to my home, they violated my property, used my stove and refrigerator as their work table, turned my AC to where they want it, used my refrigerator and left it open, left lights on throughout the home. ransacked my belongings and used my bath rags to clean up. My furniture were packed to the ceiling in different rooms without any protection, while some were stored in a metal container in my driveway for 9 weeks in the over 90 degree heat, damaging most of them. Look ! this was after they charged and collected thousands of dollars for removal and storage off the property. Despite several complaint to Ryka's owner, nothing was done, he totally ignored my concerns. They constantly moved my furniture from room to room damaging a number of them and (I have pictures to prove it) His incompetent people ( I won't call them workers because they have no skills) did not even covered the new floor that was put in, they left it in a mess even damaging some areas. He provided no supervision to these people in sent in my home. Shame on you Ryka! Shame on you! How can you treat your customers in such an inhumane manner. You are arrogant, unprofessional, incompetent and I would not recomment you to repair a doghouse. I have had workers done repairs in my home before and some were losers but your company is no comparison, you are the worst I have seen so far. I do hope you can dig deep into your heart and find even a tiny bit of conscience and do the right thing, do what you are paid to do. God is going to get you if you continue to be so dishonest. I must add that the men who did the floor and installed some of the kitchen cabinets did a great job, they need to find a better person to work for. You don't deserve them! The only reason I rate you with one star is because there is none lower and my review could not have been submitted.

After initial contact and attempting to coordinate a date to meet for an estimate, I suggested Monday, May 1. Ryka replied, "Monday would be better." I had to follow up several times before they finally replied Monday morning to ask me how I planned to pay for the estimate. There had been no mention of paying for the estimate, although Ryka claimed to have sent an email. If I had seen any such email, I would not have proceeded with attempting to schedule a meeting with them. I replied, telling them that I believe it is unreasonable to expect someone to pay for an estimate of how much they have to pay Ryka. I have never heard of such a thing. Ryka replied that they charge for estimates when someone is "just searching for homes and trying to price match and compare there is a charge." I replied that I am not just searching for a home. I have a hard contract for a purchase/renovate. After that, they stopped replying.

I had my home remodeled recently by Ryka, and I have to say they did an amazing job!! I had a deck added to my house, all my bathrooms remodeled, new flooring throughout, and a brand new kitchen! I couldn't be happier with the results. Very professional workers that care about getting the job done right! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends .
Great experience with this contractor did a commercial build out with them and went very smoothly there were some delays in product delivery but overall we’re able to take care of all our needs
