Super happy with my experience. Always working and available 7 days a week. Like the fact they are a boutique builder, you get the customer service and detailed attention you deserve. Pricing is very competitive with attractive floor plans and upgrades!

Began working with Ryrad in December 2021.. Robin (owner), has been our go to contact and there has been nothing but good communication and updates, progress pictures, FaceTime etc. The homes are built a standard way based on supply and demand with choices of color and materials already picked out when you purchase. We were able to make changes which was huge. We wanted a different house color, no carpet, double sinks and the septic moved for a pool and Robin made it all happen.! So far so good, with no worries. So far there have been no complaints with Ryrad. Robin has kept us informed of everything and reaches out when we have a question, not to mention is very down to earth. The listing we saw said right out, Builder reserves the right to make changes based on supply and demand basically. We were given the choice of a few things which eased our minds. So far, so good.

If we could give 0 stars we would. Attempted to buy almost finished new construction. Came time for the inspection and there were broken beer bottles everywhere (including under the sod), the sod was half dead (no sprinkler system), they had tried to cover up gashes in kitchen cabinets, there were literally bugs painted into the walls. The HVAC unit was not connected. Face plates were crooked. Carpet padding was visibly shorter than the carpet itself in the bedrooms. When the buyers legally terminated their contract, Ryrad refused to return the binder, forcing us to retain legal counsel. I wish we had done our due diligence at the very beginning of this process because, given what we have found doing a bit of digging on the owner , there is less then no chance we would ever have considered buying anything associated with him or his company. Avoid this company at all cost.

By far the worst experience from the builder, real estate agent, closing company. Builder made all kinds of promises not kept. Going to end up suing the whole lot. Turns out that this is a band of thieves. The whole gang is related. You never see them coming. Complaints registered with every regulatory authority available. Do yourself a favor. If the home is built by Ryrad Home Builders, RUN, RUN AWAY!
