I had 2 days to find someone to do an 8x12 patio.. He said it was a small job, but treated it like any other job. I'm impressed by his willingness to jump in there and do what many in the trade consider to be a small job. He was on time, had the tools, and had a great attitude. Thank you, Tony, for treating my job with care. Portland is full of patio-jobs, and Tony is in a position to be able to have work while others are at home on the couch. Your an awesome person, Tony!

Tony bid a concrete job for me at $3200. I hired him gave him $1000 up front, which was my mistake, and he strung me along for 6 weeks and did nothing.
When he finally got back to me, he said he was too busy to do the job. Returned $700, but no sight of the other $300 he's owed me.
Other people have posted on Craigslist of his shotty work and money he's cost them.
Builder beware he talks the talk, but doesn't do the walk

I hired S&A to come out and build a retaining wall and fence at my house. The process started immediately, first week of Sept., but the project is still unfinished and all of my calls and texts have not been responded to.
