Sylvester Wright with S&A Contracting was excellent. I went with Buildzoom after multiple contractors wanted to do business with a handshake. I had no transparency and no contractual documents for accountability. My wife and I felt out of our comfort zone so we went with Buildzoom to help. We ended up choosing S&A Contracting after three reputable contractors put in a bid. From there, S&A Contracting exceeded our expectations. Communication from S&A was great. Not too much, not too little. Mr. Wright answered calls and texts promptly. I made sure not to abuse this link. Mr. Wright even had a subcontractor remove and re-install the outside trim work because it did not meet his high standards and perfectly match the existing structure. In the end, Mr. Wright had good people complete our bedroom addition without any overcharges and drama. He completed a 450sq ft addition to our master bedroom. Mr. Wright is a professional. He knew right away that the concrete slab had to be pored extra thick due to elevation changes on the side of my house. He explained things like this along the way and gave me timely updates. Sylvester even matched the small brick skirt at the bottom of the slab which was an important detail in the original house design. In the end, my wife and I were very pleased with S&A and would defiantly hire them again. I would feel confident to recommend S&A Contracting to friends and family. Good luck.
