This contractor did a poor job of constructing our front porch at 2284 Bristol Avenue. Apparently, they never check the weather forecast because they always seem to show up on rainy days, which can only diminish the quality of the concrete/cement during construction. Recently, two men showed up around 7:00am, without any prior notice, to repair the porch which had essentially crumbled under the snow and salt from last winter. The men were using a power tool that tripped two of the circuit breakers, killing power to the bathroom I was using at the time as well as power to the garage door, which would not open in order for me to get my car out to go to work on time. After this debacle, the job was left unfinished (once again due to rain, which was, in fact, in the forecast) and no one at Crestani not contacted us to say when they would return to finish the job once and for all. I am reporting these clowns to Angie's List and to the Better Business Bureau. They clearly take no pride in the quality of their work and have no sense of professionalism in dealing with customers. -Erin King
