We are the only iron company in the greater New Orleans area that does restoration of old ironwork. If you look on the web page down towards the bottom, I believe the gallery; you will see a link to a newspaper article regarding a 150-year-old fence that had accidentally been torn down. We were asked by the historical society to restore it and put it back in place. Have also restored many gates and fences in the historic district of New Orleans. We have licensed General Contractors; so we do a lot of updating or modifications of Real Estate developments; like condominiums, and apartment complexes in the New Orleans, are that need to be brought up to code. We spent 3 years at the Gatehouse Apt. complex in Metairie, tearing down all the old existing balconies and exterior stairs and handrails. The Feil Corporation own Gatehouse, but we have worked on many of their other complexes. We are now restoring and bringing up to code balconies and hand rails at the Metro-view Condominiums in Metairie, La.; we do all the ironworks for GNO Properties. We are starting the Phase III of Canterbury Apts. for the Kittle Properties, here in Slidell. 20 sets of Spiral Steps.
