Do Not use this guy. Will drag project along, asking for money throughout. Won't finish the work. Does sloppy work. And, doesn't pay his workers. We've been very frustrated with his never showing up when he says he will, then showing up unannounced. really messed up our backyard patio.

Work Description: Porch, sidewalks and patios
Comments: AGAIN - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As the others stated, Sam did a great job of explaining the job and telling you what you want to hear. He bid the job and then said he needed another 2k.
Did demo and it sat in our driveway for weeks before he cleared it out. He left workers out here with no equipment, no food or water and they didn't speak English. They had to use our equipment and it is trashed.
The concrete had extreme color variation, sections with no expansion joint, water runs to the house, he buried siding, pitted areas, trowel marks, porch and steps hold water and he had concrete all over the side of the house.
His job was so bad that we had to remove it and start all over with a new contractor.
He said he would pay us back. Made a couple of payments and now he is nowhere to be found.
Spend the extra money up front to have your job done by a reputable company. Otherwise you will pay in the long run.
