WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do NOT Trust this Company with your business ESPECIALLY if you have kids!!! They WILL let you down and DO NOT even TRY to work with their customers!!! They LIE when they say they DO! We've been with them since moving here approx 7 yrs ago...EVEN after they removed us from their "Ready Fill" program for 1 late payment we stayed with them...We've been COD since so we call them and they charge us on delivery or WHEN we call whatever...WE called them on March 4 and they said they had a driver in the area and would take care of us and email us the receipt WHICH we thought they had done....until we RAN OUT of fuel last night (March 24)!!! So when we call thinking they'll fix they're Screw up THEY DENY WE EVER CALLED and expect US to pay not ONLY an "Out of Route Fee" but ALSO a "Pressure Test/Leakage Fee" because THEY dropped the ball and won't admit it. SMH This Company doesn't even deserve 1 star.
