Their initial install was so bad that there were multiple leaks. Then, as they had a "warranty" we called them to come and fix their own errors. They arrived (eventually), looked at the leaks (and the damage they had caused) and claimed it wasn't them! That others were to blame, that the leak was in the siding! So we called another roofer, he came and literally (without tools, with his hands) PICKED UP PART OF THE ROOF. They had done such a bad job it was completely unsecured. The new roofer (not related to this sorry excuse for a business) fixed that problem and no leaks since. So the leaks that were coming in were due to this bad job and then when he came back, denied his shoddy job was the cause of it!
Overall, a roofer to avoid.
