This contractor is skilled in many areas. We had a variety of projects that needed to be done including demolition, remodeling bath and kitchen, installation of windows, finishing work, etc. He is responsible and trustworthy and has a strong work ethic. We would not hesitate to use his services again.

We recently had the pleasure of utilizing S&M Construction to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom. Mr. G was extremely customer centric. He and his crew showed up on time, used care during the demolition, and offered suggestions along the way to help us create a beautiful and practical space. (e.g., He suggested we change the swing of the bathroom door to improve access, add heated floors, install an additional light fixture to ensure adequate lighting in the vanity area, expand the use of the basket weave tile in the shower area and use an alternative grout color to make the tile really pop). He also identified minor issues and proceeded to fix them (e.g., installed a missing ceiling fan bracket, fixed a leaky exterior faucet, and installed bathroom fan ventilation). He treated the job as if he was working on his own home. This was by far the best contracting experience we have ever had, the results are everything we hoped for, and we plan to use S&M for future renovations.
