S&M siding was the contractor that our builder used for our siding and roof on our newly built home by berks homes in Carlisle pa. It is by far the worst siding job I have ever seen. It was so tight and bowed out so far, I could put my entire arm in gap under siding. Has been next to impossible to get them to come back for warranty work. They did come back one day and repaired about 1/4 of work that needed repaired. They also left the house an absolute mess with pieces of siding they cut off laying everywhere and about 30 nails laying in the driveway. We just had our first good rain storm and roof is leaking also and destroying our ceiling and drywall. If at all possible DO NOT have this company do any work for you. We unfortunately did not not have a choice and our dream home is now a disaster.
