I made an appointment with Mr. Zamora on March 11, 2022 to repair a leak in the pool skimmer. He patched the leak without emptying the pool to a level where the plaster would dry. His invoice says he used epoxy seal but it looked more like wet baking flour.
The leak continued. I called him and he agreed to come back because I had arranged for him to do an acid wash.
The appointment was made on March 11 to start work on March 28, 2022. He did not show up on Monday, because it rained. However he did not call to let me know he would show up the next day.
Tuesday, March 29, was sunny, but he did not show up. I called him on Tuesday afternoon and he responded that he was in Venice doing another job and said he could stop by after he was done with his job. We had scheduled a date to do my repairs. I asked for for him to give me a start date and an end date to finish the job. He said, "Oh, you're one of those. I will call you back."
The next day he texted me to say he was not coming back.
He took my $400.00 for the incompetent patch work he had done.
