Unprofessional, sloppy, below average quality.workmanship. I was told that the job would take 12 weeks. After ignoring my many calls and texts, and endless infighting amongst the contractor and his partner over money and who is responsible for what task, they”finished” in 6 months. 2 months later I am still trying to get the necessary repairs done so my home will pass inspection. I have problems with the electrical work that will cost me an additional $5000 including the $800 that I had to pay a certified electrician to assess and fix the problems because the person they had do the work wasn’t certified. Did I mention that they wanted to charge me $1200 for them to have a certified electrician ( their friend) do it? I’m still trying to find a plumber who will come in and assess and correct (if necessary) their work all so I can pass inspection. Though the design is beautiful, there were several instances where the design plan was ignored. I was charged $800 for them to correct it. This was a basement remodel job. A pretty big task. They simply couldn’t handle it.
