    The contractor came in and thoroughly assessed our problem and gave us examples of how we could CORRECT the problem instead of just covering it up.
    The only reservation we had was that the contractor had no place to stain and varnish the woodwork for the job. They need to use our garage, which means that they will be using heaters in the freezing weather which will drastically increase our electric bill. We shall see whether or not they will be willing to return that cost to us. Other than that, we would highly recommend them as contractors because of their absolute honesty and remarkable pricing.
