    The owner Jed Dalton has more than 15 years experience in infratructural, commercial anad residential construction including green-field, remodel and remediation projects. Ones first impression of Jed is his energy and enthusiam for his craftmanship and company.

    Our home and deck remodel/seismic retrofit project has seen several major surprises, and my wife and I are demanding clients. Yet every day Jed delivers leadership to his team that retains their focus, enthusiasm and progress. Jed's ready smile and sense of humor help everyone through resolution of issues and conflicts.

    Jed has an extensive network of subcontract trades such as plumbing and electical that are part of every project. His network extends to other less frequently used skills and companies ranging from paving, sewer video inspection, roofing, cabinet makers, roofers painters, landscaping, etc.

    Jed consistently acts quickly on nearly every imaginable issue that could impede progress whether material shortages, firing subcontractors for poor performance, obtaining inspections, and literally walking hsi team through snow to the jobsite.

    The other first impression of Jed is his inegrity and forthrightness. Jed neither plays games nor the margins. During our 5 months long and ongoing association, I have yet to detect an outright lie, a shading of the truth, or even an omisssion of the complete truth.
