He completely ripped off my daughter. He contracted with the JTNB to fix water damage in the house. He fixed nothing. He got 17,000 dollars and did nothing. The bank officer signed off on all the work. The bank claimed to be the insured. My daughter had no say about hiring the contractor. If you hire this guy you will regret it!
