S.W.A.T. Plumbing

These people are crooks! They charged me $275 for blowing out my pipes with a hydra jet. They never even brought the equipment to my home to use to do this. Everything they did was paid for up to this point and this was paid in advance. Now they refuse to give me back the money I paid for something they never even did.
Don't get mixed up with these people, they are bad news! And not only that, they have pretended that the person we need to speak to isn't there and spoken to us very disrespectfully every time we've tried to speak to them.

I called them back at their request at the number left in their response.
Someone named Diane answered and as soon as she asked for my information she put me on hold. A man identifying as manager got on the call and insisted that I paid for something else entirely. THIS IS NOT TRUE!
They ran a snake through my drain and looked under my house. They also poured some type of crystals down the sink. I'm talking about maybe 10 of these crystals. A very small amount or an over the counter drain cleaner. I found it on google later. They were paid for all of this by my home warranty company.
Here are some of my receipts, why would they say they are going to refund me for the hydrojet if I had never paid for it??? Now they are manipulating receipts as best as they can to try to avoid giving my money back to me rightfully. They are scammers and liars! Stay far away!!!

NAME AND SHAME: Sewer issues at my home. The plumber got his snake stuck in the sewer drain on Thursday morning at 10 AM, he had to cut it and leave it in the drain. I waited for them all day Friday and finally Chad, the SWAT PLUMBER shows up around 5 pm (31 hours later). He is there about 10 minutes and just disappears again, leaves without even a phone call, text, knock on the door, nothing, RUDE. I called immediately, SWAT Plumbing refuse to answer the phone no matter how long you wait on hold. I started calling SWAT Plumbers first thing this morning and it is the same thing. I called American Home Shield back and they tell me that SWAT Plumbing is refusing to come out until MONDAY to fix it. Errr.....REALLY? They are going to leave a single lady, living alone, here with no toilet, no shower, no water, and sewer waste coming through my bathtub and drains until Monday!!!! Then they have the audacity to send me a $4000 estimate, I paid them $220 so far to put a camera down and they cannot possibly have put the camera down there with their snake still stuck in the drain, so how could they possibly come up with a valid estimate?
I had imagined it was to be a simple sewer drain clean, so did SWAT plumbing's original plumber Sergio that came out Thursday. I am worried that SWAT Plumbing has damaged my drain with their incompetence and sub-standard snake. Yes in 10 minutes they determine a $4000 bill with no camera?
I just want SWAT Plumbing to get their blooming snake out of my drain so I can get a proper plumber to come out and fix the problem and they are acting like they are completely innocent. SWAT plumbing is going to leave me here with sewer issues and no water for 5 days since they first came out on Thursday morning and caused this catastrophe. I cannot water my brand new turf so it will probably die, I have a flight to London that I will have to change and SWAT Plumbing could care less. The incompetence, unprofessionalism, rudeness, heartlessness, and sheer arrogance of this company is astounding.
They made the mistake of asking for a google review......BIG MISTAKE, HUGE. However, in the process of obliging their request, I see that I am not the only one who has had problems with this dastardly company.
RUN, don't walk, away from SWAT Plumbing.
I will update this post if they happen to step up, but I am not holding my breath.

If you're looking for a company that has technicians with several years of fake experience to misdiagnose issues, technicians that instantly develop scam artist amnesia when confronted, over charge you for services that are not needed, and provide you with the worst customer service possible then look no further, you've got the right company! S.W.A.T Plumbing!!!

SWAT Plumbing came out to my house for an issue, diagnosed the problem as my water heater, charged me $1585 to replace it....BUT unfortunately I noticed the issue still there which means the water heater was never the problem. Basically the issue was diagnosed incorrectly!! Even a second technician from THEIR OWN company confirmed it!! He said he would have his master plumber call me to discuss the misdiagnosis. After that the company immediately stopped returning my calls and refused to give me a refund! They even went as far as to start falsifying documents to my home warranty company! I knew then I was in for a fight.

I had a second company come out last week and a technician knew exactly what was wrong, provided a proper diagnosis, and fixed the problem. He never mentioned the water heater not once! Instead said my aerator on my faucet needed to be replaced. Want to try to guess how much the part cost??? $5 measly dollars!!!

Instead of the company owning up to the mistake and just sending a refund, they argued the other company was wrong in their diagnosis even though they actually fixed the problem. How is that possible??

I have intentionally left out several details to shorten this up for social media but definitely have the proof to back up all claims! Google their name and you will see that I'm not the only person this has happened to.

I would advise anyone that comes in to contact with them to RUN for your life and find a new company!! Thank me later!
