    For us, Crestview Builders/S-Works, Inc. is a 5-star construction company that can take on difficult projects bringing them to successful completion while delivering both quality and value! Owner Dean Swank and his crew did a outstanding job for us, while complying with all applicable regulation levels and permits.

    Crestview Builders worked with us during the entire construction process, and were professional, courteous, and understanding. The following are descriptions of the projects that were completed for us by Crestview Builders.

    1. Engineered and reinforced structural foundation in front of the house in conjunction with upgrading the dated inner structural supports.

    2. In addition to updating inner structural supports, built an inner concrete wall and paved the floor to create a large utility/storage area. Insulated and drywalled area to provide much easier and safer access from our driveway during the winter.

    3. Engineered the expansion of the narrow room upstairs into a much larger family room. The new stronger beam and new walls are supported by the inner structural support upgrade below.

    4. Built enclosed and insulated spiral staircase enclosure between family room floor and utility/storage area below, and installed spiral staircase.

    The most honest and accurate assessment and price of any contractor that I called. He spent time looking at all of the structural issues, not just the cosmetic/ surface problems. I could tell that his years of experience were giving me a true analysis of my building issues. His company is boned, licensed and carries workers comp and general liability insurance. I verified all of the of called contractors information that looked at the job, and Crestview Builders #844300 was the only company that actually carried all of these important building policies. I was given a written quote and the process was handled professionally per the Contractors License Board,

    complete remodel of home

    Detailed bid, comprehensive in scope of work, honest about damage, accurate assessment of work needed, highly skilled, years in trade was obvious. Possessed a license, workers comp and liability insurance. The license you are listing is incorrect. I did my homework and went to contractors license board. All the other contractors appeared to underestimate what I knew was wrong with my home to get the work. This company gave me the truth and I respected their intregity.
