    If I could give him a zero I would. Told me that my house would be finished in 9 months so I expected one year. Two years later I fired him and had the house finished with someone else in 5 weeks. Hired subs that he never paid and I had to stay on top of him constantly. I felt like a referee between him and my wife everyday being another thing promised that he didn't deliver. STAY AWAY. do yourself a favor.

    Saad Remodeling and Custom Home Builders built me a lovely 7000 square-foot home on an acre and a half in Pinecrest Florida. I gave them the idea of what I wanted, they had an excellent architect who designed the home to my specification's. They beat all of the other local contractors by $200,000. The process was smooth. They were very friendly and helpful to me and the best part was I wound up selling it before it was finished for a great profit. Thank you Saad!

    I am currently building my custom home in country club ranches, Miramar with Saad Remodeling and Custom Home Builders. One thing I have to say about Angel Saad and Abraham Saad, for sure nobody can build your house as strong as Angel/Abraham built, they do not compromise on quality and their work in an example of perfection. We are about to complete the shell and you may ask Angel to provide my address so that you can visit the site and look at how strong the structure is being built.
