Saber Roofing truly deserves a 5-star!
I asked them to reroof my house and replace the gutters back in 2013. The roofing job itself was top-notch. Ryan also called me up to give updates at the end of the days, and took pictures of my roof to show me the progress. They did subcontract the gutter job to a different contractor, who did an ok job but there were some issues with one of the gutters leaking water backwards instead of directing the rainwater to the downspouts. Ryan took the full responsibility and fixed that for us. We also complained about the downspouts making louder-than-usual noise. Ryan also worked with us to get that resolved by placing sound-muting metal pieces near the downspout outlets.
I have never met a contractor that follow through what they promise 100% but Saber is the rare exception. If Ryan couldn't come right away, he would honestly say so instead of giving hallow promises and waste your time. When he said he would come at a certain date/time, he would arrive right on time. No fuss at all.
The only issue is, since they are so good, you will have to be put on a waiting list! I waited a few months myself before they worked on my roof. I truly recommend you to talk to them in early spring and be put on their waiting list so that when the rain subsides and the weather clears up in summer, they can work on your roof.
