Three months ago, I hired Sac Infill Construction for our kitchen remodeling. The project involved the demolition of walls and creating an open floor plan. I did an interview and read reviews about this and a few other companies and contractors, but what prompted me to choose Sac Infill was the punctuality, honesty, responsiveness, and value. For the quality, I want it to have my own opinion, as different people may have a different vision when it comes to that. In my family, we pay attention to details. Plus, a safe workplace was his priority. At the end of every workday, the working area was cleaned up and swept. For me that means, he cares about my house. As Fernando promised at the beginning, this whole project took about 5 weeks. And let me tell you (future customers), those guys (Fernando and his crew- Ray and Carlos), worked their rears off, day in, and day out to get this big project done in 5 weeks. Hard work, from morning to late afternoon even some weekends, turned my old place into a beautiful new kitchen and living area (including, converting wood burning into a gas burning fireplace with a new look). I will highly recommend Fernando and his company to anyone who is looking for a good and reliable contractor. I will hire him again.

By a user in SacramentoAugust 22, 2018Considered for Bathroom Remodel
We hired this contractor to re do all the stuff that ad murry construction did wrong ! he was very shocked that a professional contractor would leave loose wires in the walls , would put screws to hold the shower boards into the copper pipe and totaly jerry rig up the plumbing ! Not to mention how bad all the tile work was done! He is very firmon doing the work to code and to do a professional job ! i'm hoping to write a very high report at the end of this bathroom remodel! I'm leaving one star open for the finish project.

I have used Fernando for several years on a variety of jobs. From cosmetic improvements to full-scale remodels (moving walls, additions, etc.), Fernando has consistently demonstrated a superior ability to be resourceful, knowledgeable, and of course, skilled at his craft. He takes time to do it right and the client's satisfaction with the final product is the most important factor for him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The only regret I have about giving this recommendation is that his increase in business will take him away his time for my jobs. :)

- Building permit records show that Sac Infill Construction Inc has worked on 17 permitted projects.
Hired the team to rewire a house and mount AC units. The team definitely lack common sense as one of the units was so old that they didn't even bring it up. Also they mounted it so high that it wouldn't reach the plug in the room. I'm a remote investor and it was only when my PM brought it to my attention that I asked Fernando why didn't he say something. Clearly he was never there to inspect his guys' work.
