It’s been 20 months of being ignored , broken promises , poor service and a pool with issues that they won’t even come out and address.
It’s sad that consumers have to experience this. Best path of resolution is to avoid building a pool or using them for service.

Paid Mike in AUGUST to design/architect our pool so it was ready for permits. Today, October 19 we still have nothing. Check is cashed and all we have is missed appointments and awful communication.

This is the 2nd pool I. have built since living in Granite Bay, CA and what a difference from the first builder to working with Sac Pool Pros, on our first project it took almost 6 months for a basic pool & spa to be constructed we went with premier pools & spas at the time this time we went with Mike at Sac Pool from the beginning Mike was awesome to deal with very responsive and great at listening to what we wanted, what we envisioned is exactly what he designed we signed contract with Sac Pool Pros on May 1st 2018 and as of today May 21st our project is complete and pool is full of water and we are awaiting our start up process to be completed if your looking for a quality pool builder and don't want to have your backyard tore up for 6 months Sac Pool Pros is the place to go!

Mike R was exceptional to work with. He cares about every detail and focuses on quality. Each crew showed up timely, got their portion done, and Mike & Dave kept me up to date on each step. I don't want to set an expectation, but it was amazing how fast they got it done! It has now been 5 months since our pool was completed and Mike is still responsive to questions! I highly recommend Sac Pool Pro

BUYER BEWARE! This contractor is extremely vindictive and abusive. If you speak honestly about him, he will threaten you, hate speech on your business (even though he was never a client and it is extremely illegal) and post your private cell #, etc. This contractor started a VERY OVER PRICED project in our back yard without a signed contract or deposit, while we were in the getting bid stage and has been nothing but problems. His pool is malfunctioning that he sold us. We also spent thousands and thousands to finish the work he started and he kept collecting additional money outside the contract. All we wanted was him to finish project and he couldn't even do that. His employees will yell at you and they are pigs and job site. I had to constantly clean their mess and hire a clean up company to haul all his trash. He will try to remove any honest reviews you leave, so that he can con more homeowners. David Randolph is a nightmare!!!

After building our home we contacted all of the major pool builders in the Sacramento metropolitan area to quote us on a pool and complete our landscaping for our backyard. I spent a lot of time carefully reviewing each company to ultimately achieve the highest quality product at the best price possible. (Please do not confuse best price with cheapest.) I also know with a pool I would need to have a positive trustworthy relationship with a pool company as I would require periodic maintenance and support. I decided on awarding the job to Sac Pool Pros. From early on in the pre-sale process I felt Sac Pool Pros sincerely valued me as a customer and wanted to earn my respect as a very satisfied customer.
What grabbed my attention early on and differentiated them from the competition is they listened to what my family wanted and took my ideas and built me an amazing back yard. They didn’t try telling me what I wanted but took the time to explain the different options in regards to chemicals, pool maintenance, and equipment. Not once did they bad mouth their competition which contrasts to what we experienced with their competitors. They used phrases like, “we build a pool this way and believe this is the most robust way because.”
The owner of the company (David Randolph) called me right away to introduce himself and gave me his personal cell phone to call him if I ever needed to. He also checked in with me throughout the construction. The people who came in to do the work also were very professional and paid close attention to details. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Sac Pool Pros uses the highest quality products, are modern with their processes and technology, and have a customer centric staff that is knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to help. Very few companies demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and I honestly believe Sac Pool Pros is one of the few that do it consistently.
Sac Pools built me an absolutely beautiful pool and backyard! Tommy was great to work with and is a true artist. We sat with 5 pool companies during our planning for building a pool and Tommy offered the best design, was patient, good at listening to our wants and explaining our options, and reasonably priced. He really knows his stuff! We have had our pool for a little over a year now and Sac Pools has answered every call that I've made to ask rookie questions. They were professional during the building process and cleaned up afterwards. I can't recommend this company enough!
