    I hired Sachin Parlikar to design ADU plans and obtain a building permit from the City of Vista. Unfortunately, the plans he submitted were repeatedly rejected by the city. To ensure the quality of the plans, I consulted both a builder and a local architect, who independently confirmed that the plans were a total mess.
    Working with Sachin Parlikar has been an incredibly frustrating experience. He lacks the architectural skills necessary to develop proper construction plans. The designs were so poorly executed that after his third submission, the city informed me they would start charging for further reviews.
    As a result, I had to hire a new architect and restart the project from scratch. Although Sachin agreed to refund part of the payment, he has yet to follow through on this promise. His lack of integrity and reliability has been deeply disappointing.

    He's a scam artist. He didn't turn in permit applications to the city as promised, did work as if he were a contractor when Steve Johnson was recovering from surgery, and bounced checks after promising to make it right and pay me back. Avoid him or you'll be swindled, too.

    Sachin Parlikar worked for Steven Johnson a contractor who I hired to put a 2nd floor addition on my home. Sachin Parlikar was supposed to draw up plans stating he was an architec. Both Sachin Parlikar and Steven Johnson lied about getting permits for my home. They are both liars and fraudulent. They took my life savings of approximately $250,000. They have at least 3 other people taking them to court. Stay away of both Sachin Parlikar and Steven Johnson. There companies name is Renovations Pro and previously called Sundance Renovations Pro in the San Diego area. Sachin Parlikar is bad news!!!!

    We were referred to Sachin’s boss Steve through Sundance development by a friend who had used him for a home project. Due to Steve being ill, we met with Sachin instead. We were given a bid for a kitchen remodel and left a deposit. The day that work was to begin we were told there was an issue so it was pushed to the next day. The following day Steve showed up and had an entirely new bid that was $16k more than the original bid for the same scope of work. We backed out but 4 months later have yet to have our deposit returned. Sachin has made several empty promises about returning the funds but has not followed through. SACHIN AND STEVE HAVE BOTH BEEN DISHONEST. Do not do business with them!!!

    I do not recommended him for any type of job. he is a scam he took our money and didn't finish the job left at the middle of job, please check him out with court house and board, has so many compliant and pending cases. he is not licensed dont fall for him, do your homework before hire him . he is not honest and good person . lies after lies, after lies. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY HIM.
