This has been the worst experience with any contractor. He was recommended by my neighbor/realtor. He originally quoted $2700. To install a heat pump. I have all duct work ,it was a replacement. After 4 re-measurements and two more a/c companies written estimates,I chose this co because his price was lower and was recommended. His price rose to $5700.00. I had my credit card send him a check for $5000.00 Once, he received check, I was too difficult to work with. He cashed the check 7/23 and since then I have received at least 30 Text message why he can’t refund my money. None of it makes sense and it’s now 2 months that he has refused to live up to his contract or refund my money. He claims it’s not my money, I guess Santa left him an early gift. I’m not going away. I will get my money from this dishonest contractor.
