The initial sales service was good, the sprinkler job was understood and good suggestions were made. Executing the job is a different story. I wanted the hoses that were close to the surface trenched down deeper. Safari did very little of this. They even brought a sophisticated trenching machine but didn't use it; so they knew that was part of the job.
I appreciate that they replaced the sprinkler control wires but the worst part of the job was that they cut the wire where it goes under a 6ft stretch of concrete and ran the new line on the outside of my home, twisting the wire around an AC hose and leaving it exposed and not buried again. The control wires weren't even twisted tight, nor buried underground.
Safari Lawn Care holds true to the motto, "If you want something done right, do it yourself." I ended up having to do the wire replacement, drilling under the concrete and running the wire myself. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
